Rachel became a sleep consultant after 14 years working with parents and children as an Early Years teacher, specialising in supporting children with speech and language issues. Alongside being a mum to 4 young children Rachel knows and values just how important good sleep is. Rachel’s primary focus is to improve parental and child wellbeing by improving sleep using bespoke methods unique to your child’s temperament and your parenting style. Rachel holds a degree in Child Psychology and is trained as an OCN level 4 Holistic Sleep Coach, which allows her to combine scientific evidence with practical advice.
