Director & Founder of Sleeping Bunnies
is the Founder and Director of Sleeping Bunnies, a sleep consultancy working with families all over the world to improve and develop sleep for babies, toddlers and children. Anna has worked with children for 20 years in a variety of different professional capacities, including the NHS, educational settings, and in her most recent years consulting. Anna has three children of her own and at the heart of Sleeping Bunnies™ ethos is Anna’s desire and commitment to improve situations for each and every family she encounters, working primarily from an evidenced-based holistic approach, working to meet the specific needs of individual families.

Having spent the last 8 years working with children of differing ages and starting a family of her own, Karlie has an extensive background working with children in and out of educational settings. Karlie has been with Sleeping Bunnies for 6 years and has a wealth of knowledge and a particular interest and ability working with children with additional and behavioural needs. Karlie has a creative flair in music and the arts which contributes to her creative ability when working with little ones. OCN Level 3 Gentle Sleep Coach, NVQ Level 4 in Musical Theatre.

From helping out with all things admin to keep Sleeping Bunnies running smoothly to posting on social media, Kate supports Anna with all things business & future developments at Team SB. Kate has a degree in Photography and loves all things creative. Having years of experience as an Account Manager, Kate is passionate about colour coding and getting organised. After having a difficult start to the sleep journey with her child, she’s an advocate for helping other parents get the right help and support to see the change she did.

Rosy has worked with children on and off over the last two decades and in a variety of settings, including working within education and with children with additional needs. After studying at University and going on to gain a CELTA qualification. Rosy has two children of her own and a strong interest in child development and therapy has led her to train as a sleep coach and become part of the Sleeping Bunnies team.

Kelly became a qualified sleep coach after having her second baby. His sleep was very broken and she wanted to widen her knowledge of the physiology of sleep. Having been a sleep deprived Mummy herself, she knows exactly what each client is going through and how having a content, sleeping baby, can change your life. Kelly has worked as a teacher for the last 12 years. She has taught a variety of ages from Nursery to Key Stage 2, having a keen interest in Physical Education. She has 3 children of her own. Kelly loves being outside, enjoying exercise and travelling.

Rachel became a sleep consultant after 14 years working with parents and children as an Early Years teacher, specialising in supporting children with speech and language issues. Alongside being a mum to 4 young children Rachel knows and values just how important good sleep is. Rachel’s primary focus is to improve parental and child wellbeing by improving sleep using bespoke methods unique to your child’s temperament and your parenting style. Rachel holds a degree in Child Psychology and is trained as an OCN level 4 Holistic Sleep Coach, which allows her to combine scientific evidence with practical advice. BSc (hons) Child Psychology, PGCE in Primary Education, OCN Level 4 Holistic Sleep Coaching.

The blend of being an accredited therapist providing couples and postnatal therapy within the NHS allows Sarah to create a trusted and bespoke offer of peri and post-natal support for one or both partners to explore their transition into parenthood. Sarah understands the accumulation of demands impacts ability to access the usual coping and therefore at a time of reduced sleep, and self-care, there is a genuine need – without labels and diagnosis – to focus on positive mental health. Sarah focuses upon nurturing relationships, optimising communication, bonding, selfcare and awareness for long term resolution. Embedded at the heart of Sarah’s postnatal practice is her own experience of being a parent of two young children, providing strong awareness and passionate commitment in facilitating each individual towards fulfilled and resilient parenting. Support can be added as a care package alongside sleep consultancy to facilitate a holistic approach to creating change and looking after you.
