TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF SLEEPING BUNNIES’ SERVICES
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
The service provided by SLEEPING BUNNIES is done so without any guarantees. All information given and shared is advice, guidance and support to help and empower parents when implementing secure sleep and behaviour methods. Our aim is to help, not hinder in the most attentive and responsive way with an approach that promotes attachment parenting and responsive feeding.
SLEEPING BUNNIES sleep coaches are compliant with the new GDPR policies and guidelines, which came into effect on 25th May 2018 with the purpose of protecting the rights to privacy of all citizens.
SLEEPING BUNNIES operates a Fair Processing Practice. We store personal information about your family such as your name, address, email, and other details relating to your child’s health and sleep-related information. The information held by SLEEPING BUNNIES under no circumstances would be shared with third parties.
SLEEPING BUNNIES routinely uses images and content provided by the Client for its website and other online media forums. Images of babies and children are treated with the utmost care and respect, and first names of babies (and sometimes their parents) are only ever given, so that the image/ content remains essentially anonymous. If you do not wish for your child’s image (or your success story) to be included on the company’s online media forums, please notify us in writing before the Sleep Support begins.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The information and Content shared by all SLEEPING BUNNIES sleep coaches, such as text, verbal and written advice, graphics, images, and any other material given on the SLEEPING BUNNIES social media platforms, website and other Public Areas are for informational purposes only. SLEEPING BUNNIES takes no responsibility for any actions or consequences for the interpretation of such information.
All of SLEEPING BUNNIES shared information is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or been advised by SLEEPING BUNNIES’ Sleep Coaches.
Due to the nature of the support offered and that SLEEPING BUNNIES Sleep Coaches are not always present to implement strategies, SLEEPING BUNNIES is unable to take responsibility for any incidents that may occur. The use of information that SLEEPING BUNNIES provides is your own responsibility and at your own risk. In no event shall SLEEPING BUNNIES be liable for any damages including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, or personal injury/wrongful death resulting from the use of or inability to use the Content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not SLEEPING BUNNIES is advised of the possibility of such damages.
The client shall accept there is no guarantee of success; every case and every child is different, and there are factors outside of SLEEPING BUNNIES control that could result in the child being unable to respond to the Sleep Support, or the outcome not being to the parents’ satisfaction.
The services provided by SLEEPING BUNNIES Sleep Coaches in any event or outcome are non-refundable. SLEEPING BUNNIES Sleep Coaches are providing a service and payments are based on the service provided rather than the outcome.
Unless the client specifically requests for an in person consultation or has booked for hands on support and guidance all support will be carried out virtually or online. When face to face support does occur it is the responsibility of both the client and the sleep coaches to take a PCR test if either party is showing symptoms of covid 19. Symptoms include, a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature). A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual). A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.
SLEEPING BUNNIES reserves the right to cancel any bookings made or provide sleep support with a different SLEEPING BUNNIES Sleep Coach in such an event of an emergency or with as little notice as necessary to the SLEEPING BUNNIES Sleep Coach, in the event of an unsuspected or emergency situation. It will always be the intention to find an alternative Sleep Coach from the SLEEPING BUNNIES team at the next available time.
SLEEPING BUNNIES is committed to providing all families with exceptional support and attention. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another family from being seen. SLEEPING BUNNIES holds a 48 hour cancellation policy, all cancellations must take place more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to inform SLEEPING BUNNIES of any changes or cancellations. If we are informed of any changes 48 hours prior to your appointment and the client chooses to cancel and not re-book they will be refunded 50% of the full price.
By making payment making payment you are agreeing to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C’s) and are happy to proceed to book and receive Sleep Support from a Sleep Coach from Sleeping Bunnies.
CHECK INS & 2 DAYS CONTACT
At your initial consultation your sleep coach will specific a day when your check ins will take place, you must check in within 24 hours of this specified day. For those who purchase the Additional Support package, you and your Sleep coach will arrange when your 3 days contact will be, on these days your Sleep coach will support you via WhatsApp with a nap or bedtime once a day and also be available to answer any questions you may have and will aim to get back to you within 1 hour of asking a question (this is within their contact time of 8.00am – 20.00pm).
